17 年 2 月 11 日晚上 7 点左右。我吃了本来应该是 2 pc 的辣白加薯条餐。这不是辣的，我订购的商品也没有收到饼干。大约 90 分钟后，我感到恶心和头晕。太晕了我跌倒了几次。我把所有吃的东西都呕吐了然后得了腹泻。头晕是如此强烈，以至于我闭着眼睛，房间还在旋转。

I got a half steak half Barbacoa burrito bowl that night had violent diarrhea and vomiting my son ate the other half of what was left over the next day and more has vomiting and diarrhea so I know for sure that is what it is from.

Ate at Chipotle in the afternoon on 7/30/17. I had a burrito with chorizo, black beans, white rice, tomato salsa, corn salsa, sour cream and cheese. Stomach discomfort, nausea and diarrhea started about 24 hrs later. Progressively worse the next day (today). I have had at least… 更多
