I had a bowl. I got my usual order except I changed what type of meat I got. I wanted pork. A few hours later I started feeling sick and I threw up. I kept throwing up for quite some time.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Had fried clam strips and the new Cajun peel off shrimp (I think that's what it was called) and within almost 2 hours of eating it felt sick. Back and forth to the bathroom with diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Are a chicken, brown rice, cheese, and lettuce burrito bowl at around 9 PM. Starting at 9:30 PM I started throwing up and had nonstop diarrhea. Starting to get a slight fever now after I visited the doctor at 11 PM.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Last night at 12:30 am, I came to Applebee with some friends. We had Boneless Wings, root beer floats, fire grilled sirloin, and pretzels. I ate the boneless wings, and 2 hours later I was throwing up and having diarrhea at the same time. Also my vision became blurry.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
