Mango  I pealed the mango and cut it into pieces.  My daughter age7 threw up in under 5 minutes of consumption.  I ate two small pieces from her leftover fruit and I now feel nauseous and have diarrhea.    | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 腹泻

Picked up a Chef's Salad from the deli area yesterday (Feb 19). The date on the salad was Best By Feb 20. Once I got home, I ate half and threw the rest away after noticing a strange taste in some of the lettuce. About 6 hours… 更多

I got a parmesan ceasar salad. I ate half of it last night. I woke this morning with horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. This is my second time in 6 months getting sick from a salad. I will not be going back.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

Biscuits and gravy. Also uncooked eggs, I ordered a big breakfast , i forgot what it’s called. Anyways, my food came to me. My eggs weren’t completely done. My biscuits and gravy was warm, not really hot. I took a few bites of my biscuits and eggs then instantly had to go to the bathroom  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Had chicken nuggets for lunch and didn't get a chance to eat dinner due to work. 1am BOOM. It hit. Vomiting everywhere. It took a long time to get my food due to their credit card machine malfunctioning. It was a horrible experience and I wont be going back!  | 症状: 呕吐

订购了一个碗，里面装有糙米黑豆蔬菜，中等玉米鳄梨调味酱和玉米饼壳。我在 10 月 20 日星期六下午 1 点左右和同一天下午 4 点左右吃了整个碗，我开始感到恶心。我试着去 #2 但运气不好。然后我开始非常积极地呕吐。我所有的墨西哥辣椒都来了经过一段时间的呕吐，我感觉好多了，洗了个澡。当我洗完澡的时候，我感觉比以前更糟，躺下时肚子疼得厉害，胸痛和头痛，感觉我会呕吐更多。
