Biscuits and gravy. Also uncooked eggs, I ordered a big breakfast , i forgot what it’s called. Anyways, my food came to me. My eggs weren’t completely done. My biscuits and gravy was warm, not really hot. I took a few bites of my biscuits and eggs then instantly had to go to the bathroom  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Around 9:00 a.m. on February 20, 2019, I ate a southwest chicken salad and had coffee and an apple. Within an hour or so, I started feeling terrible and the symptoms started. 12:02 at night and I’m still feverish and have severe diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

Had chicken nuggets for lunch and didn't get a chance to eat dinner due to work. 1am BOOM. It hit. Vomiting everywhere. It took a long time to get my food due to their credit card machine malfunctioning. It was a horrible experience and I wont be going back!  | 症状: 呕吐

订购了一个碗，里面装有糙米黑豆蔬菜，中等玉米鳄梨调味酱和玉米饼壳。我在 10 月 20 日星期六下午 1 点左右和同一天下午 4 点左右吃了整个碗，我开始感到恶心。我试着去 #2 但运气不好。然后我开始非常积极地呕吐。我所有的墨西哥辣椒都来了经过一段时间的呕吐，我感觉好多了，洗了个澡。当我洗完澡的时候，我感觉比以前更糟，躺下时肚子疼得厉害，胸痛和头痛，感觉我会呕吐更多。

Had fried clam strips and the new Cajun peel off shrimp (I think that's what it was called) and within almost 2 hours of eating it felt sick. Back and forth to the bathroom with diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
