Ate a burrito Sunday, spent Monday in the bathroom. Didn’t think into it too much, but by Monday night I was thinking about updating my will. Sharp shooting pains in the gut. Told my wife I might need my appendix or gall bladder out. Today is Tuesday, pray for me.

I ate a burrito bowl with chicken, brown rice, black beans, peppers/onions, tomatoes, corn, green salsa, lettuce and cheese. This was on Sunday 7/29 at around 1:30pm. The following day (Monday) I had diarrhea all day (and still do).  | 症状: 腹泻

Last week my daughter and I ate at the Chipotle in Powell Ohio Chicken Burrito Bowls with Chicken and we had Diarrhea and upset stomachs, but we did not vomit. Just felt queasy.  | 症状: 腹泻

周日晚上大约晚上 6 点 10 分左右（29 日）我和我丈夫吃了 Chipotle。他那天晚上开始感到不适（可能在 8 点左右），整夜都出现冷汗和恶心。他的胃部不适、寒冷的咒语、恶心、疲劳和关节疼痛。它最终没有升级为呕吐，但是在过去 36 个小时里他一直在睡觉。他排了鸡肉、糙米、奶酪、生菜、黑豆、玉米莎莎和奶酪的大便。他还吃了几口奶酪墨西哥饼（卷饼壳和奶酪）。但是，我吃了几乎同样的东西，没有切断症状（碗里有鸡肉、糙米、黑豆、玉米、奶酪生菜）。

2018 年 7 月 27 日星期五，我年迈的妈妈、女儿和儿子在鲍威尔的 Chipotle（锯木厂路）吃饭。我妈妈因腹泻和呕吐而病得难以置信，持续了三天。我的两个孩子都有腹泻，2-3天都感觉很糟糕。我妈妈有帕金森病，她哭是因为她胃痛太大了。这太糟糕了！

My husband had a chicken burrito bowl from This Chipotle on Saturday evening. Early Sunday morning he had an upset stomach, nausea & diarrhea. It’s Tuesday & he still has some diarrhea & nausea.

星期五晚上，07-27-18，我和妻子都吃了鸡肉碗，里面有生菜、番茄莎莎、奶酪和酸奶油，还有薯条，没有鳄梨调味酱。星期六早上，我们都开始腹泻和严重抽筋。腹泻只持续了一天，但截至今天，即7月31日，抽筋仍在继续。

我吃了 Barbacoa 加奶酪、糙米和酸奶油，然后是薯条和鳄梨调味酱。昨晚刚到城里，从加利福尼亚州雷丁的野火中撤离后，病了好几个小时。不开心。呕吐。极度腹泻。发烧。恶心。肌肉痉挛。-9733 锯木厂百汇俄亥俄州鲍威尔 43065 于 7 月 29 日晚上 8 点 19 分左右吃了 8:30 左右。在浴室和淋浴间生病了 10 点，持续了整夜。就是我吃了吗

Just myself. Got sick within a few hours. I had a chicken burrito with black beans and white rice, mild tomato, corn, sour cream and cheese. I had diarrhea and nausea soon after and still had symptoms on Monday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
