下午 3 点的金枪鱼三明治。晚上 8 点至 9 点左右开始出现严重的恶心/腹泻和发冷/出汗，现在大约十二个小时后仍然存在。多么漫长的夜晚已经过去了。我有史以来第一例食物疾病。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战, 出汗

星期五晚上我吃了 2 个烤牛肉经典三明治，第二个尝过了，我没吃完。6小时之内我就生病了。非常恶心，整夜都在呕吐。恶心会持续到第二天，腹泻和更多的呕吐伴有胃痛。今天是星期天，我好一点了，但我的胃不能忍受太多。
