I ate a chicken rice bowl with lettuce, black beans and guac. I had only had a coffee prior to this and within two hours I had a high fever, diarrhea for 2days and I'm still not 100% on day 3 now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

All I had was a small serving of their deconstructed Caesar salad and croutons. I had a small handful of romaine lettuce, croutons and about 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing. Food was catered to Red Cross donator appreciation event on Vancouver ave in Portland Or at 4:30 4/18/18  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
