我在 7 月 4 日在这家麦当劳吃过饭，7 月 7 日在往返家庭团聚的路上又吃过饭。两次我都吃了 Filet-O-Fish 三明治和配菜沙拉。7 月 9 日我醒来时感到疼痛。它从那里发展为疼痛、发冷、恶心，但没有呕吐、极度腹泻和疲劳。在我听说该国其他地区的沙拉疑似食物中毒之前，我以为自己得了严重的胃流感。我之所以报告此事，是因为担心这种情况可能比目前已知的更为普遍。我已经稳定了 3 天，现在又开始有胃口了。这不好玩！

I ate a sofrita bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild and corn salsa, guacamole, and lettuce for dinner. Later that night, my stomach didn't feel good and threw up. After over 24 hours of throwing up and uncontrollable diarrhea, I recovered.

My mom and step dad got sick two days after going to this restaurant; both vomited a couple of times, horrible/stabbing pain in their stomachs and watery diarrhea. People/employees need to start taking care of their hygiene and washing/caring for the vegetables and food....  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
