昨晚下午 4 点 30 分左右我吃了 saucum 汉堡（但是你拼写的是汉堡包里面有蔬菜和培根）然后我得到了薯条和雪碧。大约晚上 11 点左右，我开始出现严重的腹泻和来回呕吐。情况变得如此糟糕，我无法呼吸，头晕，到处都是抽筋，冷汗从头到脚颤抖。今天是下午 4 点 54 分我还生病。我希望这很快就结束了。

We ate 1013 at about 1045. We each had a whopper jr meal with fries one with an Oreo shake and the other a Dr Pepper. We instantly knew something was wrong and it has been going downhill all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
