Eating burrito bowl, Symptoms started an hour after eating there. Chicken burrito bowl with corn and black bean tomato salsa and cup of water. Had to go to emergency from food poisoning and got admitted. Blood in stool nausea vomiting diarrhea   | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 血色凳子, 恶心

Ate 2 fish fillet sandwiches and 1 small fry order. Stomach and intestinal areas hurting, cramping, stabbing, sharp pains and it's been going on for 5 days now. First time I've eaten there in at least 5 to 7 years. I will never go to one again.… 更多

My daughter and I ate here for dinner. I had the acme burger and fries. She had the meatloaf with no symptoms. Within two hours after eating we had to go home due to my stomach cramping. I have had to go restroom several times throughout the night. I had mostly bland foods throughout the day  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 其他, 抽筋

Ate the jerk chicken. Had a side of veggie medley with it. I don't know if it was this or a new carton of eggs that I purchased. Eggs are "That's Smart" eggs purchased at Food City in Piney Flats. Ate eggs at 12PM and ate the Jerk Chicken around 8PM.  | 症状: 腹泻
