Ordered and are 8 count chicken nuggets, salad with garlic ranch dressing and sweet tea. Around 1230p 6-1-18. Started feeling ill around 2:15p, vomiting and diarrhea around 445p  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate 2 slices of meat lovers stuffed crust pizza. Within 20 minutes I started feeling nauseous and shortly after that I started feeling hot in the face ,possible fever .
