中部下午 6 点。吃了烤鸡肉三明治、薯条、波利尼西亚酱、甜茶和水果杯中的几块苹果。凌晨 1 点左右我醒来时会出现胃痉挛和胃酸倒流。然后凌晨 3 点左右我有腹泻和呕吐。根据我在腹泻中看到的唯一固体，生菜是唯一的固体。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 胃酸倒流

Woke up feeling sorta funny, went to the bathroom to experience vomiting and diarrhea at the same time, multiple times.

5 点左右有拿铁咖啡。9 点时胃开始受伤太严重我想可能得去呃。在浴室里待了好几个小时。可怕的腹泻会使抽筋发冷出汗。这是我家人几天来唯一吃过的其他东西。没人生病了。:( 很确定一定是饮料。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 寒战, 出汗
