我在星期六晚上停下来买牛排玉米饼和 XXL 烤的卷饼。那天晚上大约一两个小时我开始经历沉闷的胃痛。疼痛一直持续到周日早晨。我整天剩下的时间都躺下来吃 pepTO 和氧化镁牛奶来清理我的系统。第二天我说感觉好一点。

我吃了一个装满糙米、黑豆、sofritas、fajita 蔬菜混合物、温和的莎莎酱、中度莎莎、玉米、guac 和一杯水的碗。晚上 8 点 09 分左右我吃了大约三分之一的碗，然后喝完了我的水。凌晨 4 点左右我的胃开始受伤非常严重，我能感觉到整个胃部的疼痛。大约晚了一个小时（凌晨 5 点 15 分），我跑到洗手间经历了服务器便秘。在里面，用了 15 分钟的揉肚子我的嘴变得水汪汪，我呕吐了食物。我知道那是 chipotle，因为它看起来很相似，味道和我吃的完全一样。在大约 2 个小时内，我继续经历严重的胃痛以及出汗、恶心和 diahrea。我用冰喝了一些水然后在 10 分钟内呕吐出来。不久之后我有了更多的 diahrea。

I ate a chicken bowl with cheese, brown rice, salsa, green salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and chips. I ate half of my food around 1 pm. I was vomiting and had diarrhea from 10pm to 4 am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I went to Chipotle for lunch 12/14/2017 by 8 pm I had diarrhea and an upset stomach that lasted all night into the next day. I had a burrito bowl with brown rice, black and pinto beans, mild tomatoes, a little cheese and lettuce. I also felt like i had to vomit. No more Chipotle for me.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
