i ate at 12:30ish pm and had a kids meal that included a 6 piece nugget meal, fries, and a lemonade. after i finished eating i started to have some abdominal pain. after about an hour of eating it i felt really sick. i had to run to the toilet and then i vomited.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我点了凯撒沙拉配 avacado 和鸡肉。大约一个小时后，我出现了极度的气体和胃痉挛。当我终于可以回家使用自己的浴室时，我得了严重的腹泻。我吃了几个 Tums，大约一个小时还可以，但是后来我的胃里又出现了非常严重的抽筋和气体。感觉好像酸在我的胃里晃动。当天晚些时候我再次回到家后，我终于去洗手间了，腹泻又非常严重。不会再从 Panera 订购任何沙拉或里面装有鸡肉的食物。
