我们昨晚 8 点吃了。我有一个 6 英寸的意大利火腿，里面有生菜、番茄、洋葱、淡蛋黄酱和 Vigarette。我的丈夫和女儿在一英尺长的牛排和奶酪（provolone）上分享了培根、生菜、盐和胡椒粉。

晚上 10 点我的肚子感到不安。今天早上我的肚子有点痛。我告诉我丈夫他也回答了他的情况。当我问我的女儿时，她也有胃痛。

我们吃的唯一普通的东西是生菜！

They had us try the Kava which tasted like dirt water and made my mouth numb. I drank a Iced Lavender Milk with Krotum. The next day I got explosive diarrhea and a fever then nausea for 2 days, and I'm still having cramps and diarrhea a week later  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋

I went with a friend before going to an event on September 28th at 5:00 pm. The next day we both came down with sever stomach cramps and explosive diarrhea. It is 4 days later and we are still having symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

2018 年 6 月 29 日星期五在 Chipotle 吃了。2018 年 6 月 30 日星期六，我醒来生病了。去上班了，整天都非常缓慢，感觉恶心。当我当天下午回家的时候，我已经发冷了，只是想爬在床上。星期天早上醒来感觉像死亡一样。我发烧了，我在呕吐。呕吐开始后不久腹泻就开始了。48 小时后我开车去了医院。他们告诉我我接近肾功能衰竭。我住进医院住了整个星期。在我的第三天，我的文化恢复为沙门氏菌中毒阳性。卫生部门告诉我，我不是唯一生病的人。还有其他人。我打电话给经理，他道歉，让他们的公司办公室有一个人与我联系。我们没在哪里。他非常防守，实际上他似乎并不关心我所经历的事情。我确实问过这个人他们打算什么来帮助我解决住院的问题。我的工作距离获得健康保险还有一个月了。
他说他会给我打个电话。从来没有收到他的回复。不用说我再也不会从 CHIPOTLE 那里吃东西了！！
