7 月 14 日星期五下午 1 点 45 分左右在 Chipotle 用餐。7 月 15 日下午因出汗、头晕而生病，随后出现 12 个小时的呕吐和腹泻。7 月 18 日仍然有腹泻。我吃了墨西哥卷饼碗和白米饭、平托豆、鸡肉、酸奶油、西红柿和生菜。我在 7 月 17 日向劳登县卫生局提交了一份报告。

My son ate a chicken bowl on Friday July 14th from the Sterling location about 3pm. Sunday morning he had extreme diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. He didn't eat all day Sunday and drank Gatorade to stay hydrated. First time eating at that location in over a year.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a steak bowl, white rice, pico, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. I ate at the Centreville, VA location on July 16th, 2017. my stomach ache started the morning of July 17th however I started to have bloody diarrhea late night the 17th into today, the 18th.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

My husband and I ate there on Friday for lunch. My son was with us and he ate rice and some chicken. We both had steak. Fast forward to Sunday morning and we both were violently sick. He was throwing up, horrible stomach cramps. I had diarrhea… 更多

7 月 14 日下午 2 点，我买了 2 碗，一只鸡一半是鸡肉一半是牛肉。我们吃了碗，第二天晚上 8 点左右我们会认真地呕吐腹泻发冷。直到今天，我还是有7倍的水样肠子像水龙头一样。星期天我带着女儿去急诊。我没有保险所以我得笑着忍受。
