I ordered pizza with beef, pepperoni, and sausage, cheese. Also ordered cinnamon pull apart. Less than 3 hours later, I woke up and immediately threw up for almost 5 minutes straight. Stomach hurts a lot!  | 症状: 呕吐

Sunday 2-11-2018 had two mango margaritas and some buffalo wings a day after I got extremely high fever then vommitting, I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with bacteria in my stomach due to the food  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚订购了一些外卖食物，回家后不久就吃了。具体来说，我有鸡肉 fajitas 和所有的装饰物，还有鳄梨调味酱。症状始于第二天清晨，包括轻微的恶心，大量的气体（非常恶心/硫磺味），胃痛/痉挛和腹泻。
