2017 年 3 月 27 日下午 5 点左右吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗。晚上 10 点左右会出现剧烈的胃痛，然后是发烧发冷，呕吐持续到第二天早上。现在还在痛苦中。发冷，严重的腰痛  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战, 胃痛
