最后两天，2 月 15 日和 16 日。第一天晚上我还以为是我素食碗里的红甜椒。我通常不吃它们。我带了一些剩下的莎莎酱回家，第二天和我家里的一些薯条一起吃了。昨晚我又像前一天晚上一样在半夜出现胃痛和腹泻。我想一定是莎莎舞。我有所有三种剩菜所以不确定哪一个是罪魁祸首。我的胃通常没有任何问题，所以我敢肯定 chipotle 是病因。这是我第一次在那里吃东西。食物味道不错，我真的很喜欢，我想有时候还想再回去。现在不知道我是否愿意，如果我愿意，可能会在其他地方。员工非常友善，客户服务也很棒

I had a chicken bowl with lettuce, green tomatillo salsa, brown rice, fajita veggies and chips/guacamole. Sickness started less than 24 hours after eating the food. I've had chills, vomiting, diarrhea, horrible cramping and sweats. I'm on day 3 of this and finally feeling better. Had to…

5 月 26 日星期日下午 1 点左右，我得到了一个肉饼卷饼，里面有糙米、黑豆、辣酱、生菜、奶酪、酸奶油和墨西哥胡椒。那天晚上 7 点左右，我开始感到胃壁周围极度疼痛。到了午夜，我因身体疼痛、冷热潮和腹泻而猛烈地呕吐。现在是第二天下午 5 点 45 分。呕吐已经停止了，但是除了水之外我什么都不能压低。我仍然有极度的身体疼痛、潮热和胃痛。再加上所有这些，我的身体感觉非常沉重，看不见尽头。
