I ate chipotle at 11 and when 1 came around I felt nausea, then started shaking uncontrollably accompanied by diarrhea and vomiting. I did not feel better until I got 13 hours of sleep  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我于 2016 年 11 月 20 日在辣椒吃过东西。我有一个鸡碗里有白米饭，斑豆，绿色中等莎莎酱，玉米莎莎酱，酸奶油，奶酪和鳄梨调味酱。两个小时之内我就有腹痛、气体和恶心。六个小时后我在呕吐并且有腹泻。第二天我再也忍不住腹痛了，去了急诊所。我向 Chipotle 报告了这一事件，虽然我确实接到了电话，但我觉得这个问题不会被认真对待。
