我在 QDOBA 吃了 2018 年 1 月 15 日的墨西哥餐厅
我在小麦玉米饼上放了一个墨西哥卷饼，里面装满了 qdoba 鸡肉、糙米、黑豆、奶酪、酸奶油和香菜。我下午 1 点左右在那里吃过。第二天凌晨 4 点左右，我醒来时胃部灼热疼痛、发冷、发烧、头痛和严重腹泻。后来我发现这是沙门氏菌中毒。

Ate at Panera at about 1:00pm Had a cesear saled. Begin feeling sick about an hour later. Started with stomach ache and has began to get worse...Also began throwing up the lettuce about 3 hours after eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Had the 2 for 5 beef n cheddar deal. Stopped through the drive-thru on Thursday June 2 between 6-7p.m. Consumed my food and started having diarrhea and vomiting symptoms within a half hour of consuming the food. Never eating here again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
