2016 年 7 月 10 日，我的丈夫、女儿和我去芝士蛋糕工厂庆祝我们成立 12 周年。我们在中午 12:30 到达，我订购了带有亚洲生菜包裹的炸 Mac & Cheese 球。我丈夫和女儿点了煎饼和煎蛋卷的早午餐。我们在下午 1 点 25 分左右吃了然后离开了芝士蛋糕工厂。直到下午 4 点我感觉还不错，那时候我有严重的胃痉挛和腹泻。恶心不久之后就开始发生。那天我除了在芝士蛋糕工厂用餐外没什么可吃的。我的胃痛症状仍然持续，从那以后已经快一周了。我是家里唯一生病的人，这是我 2016 年 7 月 10 日在芝士蛋糕工厂吃的饭。
