2016 年 7 月 10 日，我的丈夫、女儿和我去芝士蛋糕工厂庆祝我们成立 12 周年。我们在中午 12:30 到达，我订购了带有亚洲生菜包裹的炸 Mac & Cheese 球。我丈夫和女儿点了煎饼和煎蛋卷的早午餐。我们在下午 1 点 25 分左右吃了然后离开了芝士蛋糕工厂。直到下午 4 点我感觉还不错，那时候我有严重的胃痉挛和腹泻。恶心不久之后就开始发生。那天我除了在芝士蛋糕工厂用餐外没什么可吃的。我的胃痛症状仍然持续，从那以后已经快一周了。我是家里唯一生病的人，这是我 2016 年 7 月 10 日在芝士蛋糕工厂吃的饭。

我在5月8日去了位于埃尔托罗的BJ。我订购了亚洲切碎的鸡肉沙拉。那天晚上凌晨 3 点左右，我醒来时出现了令人难以置信的胃痛和我一生中最剧烈的腹泻。腹泻每20分钟发生一次，持续两天。昨天我发烧了 101 度，非常恶心。那天晚上晚些时候，我的体温降到了96。几天后我开始稳定下来，但这是我一生中最糟糕的经历。这只鸡似乎有粉红色的色调，我在咬了几口之后就注意到了，但我还没吃完沙拉。
