我在 11:30 左右吃了大苹果百吉饼（火鸡，生菜，奶酪，蓝莓百吉饼）的百吉饼三明治。然后我在 2-2:30 左右吃了 Chipotle 墨西哥卷饼（巴巴科阿、斑豆、糙米、奶酪和生菜）。然后我在 3 点 30 分左右吃了麦当劳的里斯香草麦克弗鲁里，但是我的朋友们吃了奥利奥·麦克弗鲁里斯没有任何症状。我在 6-7 左右开始有一些大量的气体，然后逐渐降解为持续的胃部不适，频繁的腹泻（一直持续到现在，凌晨 4 点 20 分，但一直持续到谁知道什么时候）。我在午夜左右连续吐了 6 次，暂时感觉好些了，但是我又回到了呕吐的可能性。

Had breakfast this morning at Panera on Canal St. Ordered a chocolate chip bagel with walnut cream cheese as well as a cheese pastry. Started feeling nauseous about an hour after breakfast and have been in bathroom constantly since then.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

订购了 asiago 百吉饼... 吃完大约 30 分钟后我的胃开始隆隆然后恶心来了，我感到臃肿难以置信，胃痉挛严重。我整天都在疼痛，11 小时前我吃了百吉饼，我仍然处于难以忍受的痛苦中，甚至无法动弹。我记得几年前他们的面包生病了，但我不记得了，现在我又生病了。里面有东西因为我的朋友也因为她的 ciabatta 卷生病了。我也有一生中最头痛的事情。我再也不会在 panera 吃饭了
