Ate a chicken bowl with rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes around 12pm on the 16th. I felt a bit off with a racing heartbeat. Around 10pm I had diarrhea every 10-15 minute bathroom visits until 4 am. At 12am I was throwing up the black beans. It was my first time eating there.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2 月 13 日星期二晚上去吃东西。吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有：白米饭、黑豆、鸡肉、任务、莎莎酱（中度和温和）、酸奶油、奶酪和鳄梨调味酱。(去吧。)此后由于疾病来临，我什么也没吃过。第二天 14 日下午 3 点左右，我开始感到非常难过。发烧症状和恶心。当天晚上晚些时候，腹泻开始了。它已经停了 72 个多小时了。第一夜之后我发烧了。但是，自从我在那里吃饭以来，持续的胃痉挛，腹泻，恶心和脱水一直持续存在。

我有一个 chipotle 牛排碗酸奶油，奶酪，玉米，黑豆，糙米。2 月 8 日星期四吃了它，2 月 9 日星期五早上 6 点左右因 diaharrea 病重。去上班了，由于呕吐了 4 次而提早离开。总共呕吐了 8 倍以上（回家和回家的路上继续呕吐）。周六还在昏昏欲睡
