老公和我都吃了黑豆。他们不会像平常一样做饭，但是我在过度脱水的食物中发生了这种情况。他们只是不会软化。大错了。这不是我的第一个干豆牛仔竞技表演，所以我不应该那么积极。两人都在 3 小时内感到不适-腹泻不良、恶心、消化不良和头痛。今天上午感觉好多了。我吃了剩下的盘子把它粉刷成巧合。现在三个小时后，我在浴室里露营温度很高，感觉很呕吐。来自其他地方的其他成分（为另一顿饭额外制作）都没有引起任何麻烦-这是唯一的区别。不足为奇-当我星期三尝试烹饪鹰嘴豆时，他们的鹰嘴豆很糟糕，不得不扔掉它们，而我 6 个月前必须向他们报告的鸡胸肉上有实际的污垢和沙子。我这辈子从来没见过对不起 Aldi's-这是最后一根稻草。你便宜是有原因的。没必要在医生身上浪费钱-“喝大量的液体然后服用 Pepo Bismal”。我在食物上浪费够多了！

I ate a sofritas burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, and the corn mixture they have. About 15-20 later I was in a lot of pain and had to run to the bathroom. I feel okay for a few minutes and leave the restroom only to run back.  | 症状: 腹泻
