昨天 7 月 9 日我来自热桌上，你自己为自己服务，按磅付钱。我有秘鲁鸡肉、抱子甘蓝、西兰花和花椰菜。之后我开始感到轻微的胃痛，但不是太严重。今晚 7 月 10 日胃痛真的很严重我无法入睡。

我的症状是严重的胃痛想象一下你有史以来最饥饿的那种感觉自己太饿了。这就是我所经历的痛苦它不断来去去。就像抽筋一样。我选择恶心作为症状，但我并不恶心，我之所以选择恶心，是因为我的症状没有列出。

I’m pretty sure it was broccoli. Symptoms started 8 hours after washing and eating. Violent diarrhea and vomiting for 8 hours. Felt a fever, but did not take. Must have been staph?, Just me. I’m the only one that ate it. 8 hours onset  | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧, 腹泻

第一个问题是我没有对我的食物成本撒谎。我尝试了 “你买两个” 选项，然后问它要花多少钱。收银员说，价格将在 7 美元左右。我得到了半个卡普雷塞三明治和一小杯西兰花切达干酪汤，还有一杯冰咖啡，预计 10 到 12 美元。订单以 17 美元的价格出来。我得到了少量可笑的食物，当我咬一口三明治时，我知道它出了点问题（我相信 “晒干的” 西红柿已经腐烂了，尽管它可能是另外一回事了。在一天剩下的时间里，我的胃痛绝对是致命的，在工作中把所有的东西都扔掉了。现在一天后，胃痛仍在持续，我不得不（说得好）其他胃和肠问题。（仅供参考，我知道事实上食物中毒是由 Panera 引起的，因为那是我过去三周内唯一一次外出就餐的机会。在过去的几周里，我只吃了干、包装和其他非餐厅食物。我真诚地希望对此有所作为，因为食物中毒对于很多人来说可能是一个主要的健康问题（尤其是在 Panera 这样的地方）。

We ate baby back ribs and fresh broccoli they were purchased on 7/4/19 we don’t know which it was but we are both severely sick, 2 were sick we were the only ones that ate and it happened about 5-7 hours after eating woke us both up from a sleep  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

Went in for a quick bite. Ordered the salmon medwell. Came with rice and broccoli. Didn't even make it home before my stomach started bubbling. Not the first time I've gotten sick from this establishment. Unfortunately they were the only place open that isn't fast food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
