我整个周末吃的唯一不同于未婚夫的东西就是那里的饭菜。我有一个烤鸡 gordita 和一个装有西红柿和生菜的香肠卷饼碗，1 个人生病了。大约 24 小时后突然迅速出现症状。我无法保持任何水或药物来缓解症状。我有胃痛、腹泻和呕吐到干起了 6 个小时的地步。因为恶心我无法躺下睡觉。

My wife and I both had burritos around 1pm on September 21st. Both of us felt sick and had diarrhea about 2-3 hours after. She had chicken in her burrito and I had steak.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
