Are a chicken, brown rice, cheese, and lettuce burrito bowl at around 9 PM. Starting at 9:30 PM I started throwing up and had nonstop diarrhea. Starting to get a slight fever now after I visited the doctor at 11 PM.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

我在晚上 8 点半左右吃了一半的牛排卷饼，还有一点 queso 和薯条。我以前在不同的 Tijuana Flats 吃过这顿饭，但从来没有给我任何问题。晚上 9 点 30 分左右我的胃开始受伤，我知道出了什么问题。这不是我第一次食物中毒，所以我知道这些迹象：出汗、轻微恶心和可怕的胃痛。在洗澡之前我松了一口气，一切都很正常，但是我的身体感觉不好。现在是晚上 10 点半，我的肚子刚刚运动非常糟糕。我出汗了，头疼得很厉害。我的室友也从那里吃了辣酱玉米饼馅，吃了比我更多的薯条和 queso，她很好，但我很困扰。

我在 2017 年 3 月 18 日昨晚订购了一个 chx 墨西哥卷饼和一个 chx cuasadilla。昨晚我吃了墨西哥卷饼，然后在 3 月 19 日把 cuasadilla 保存在冰箱里吃午饭。今天早上我感到疲倦/呆滞，但是吃了这个墨西哥玉米饼大约 30 分钟至 1 小时后，我出现了身体疼痛、抽筋、腹泻和 100* 发烧。我刚在晚上 9 点 30 分扔完了。
