I ate a slow-roasted ham and swiss sandwich and had an iced caramel macchiato. I believe it was most likely the sandwich that gave me awful stomach cramps and diarrhea within an hour of consuming it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

我今天去喝了我平常的咖啡，我和焦糖玛奇朵混合，然后加入法国香草奶精。我正在上班的路上，大约一个小时的路程。开车大约 30 到 40 分钟后，我的胃开始受伤，我感到头晕和恶心。到我上班的时候，痛苦已经非常严重了，我以为我只需要使用洗手间。我的胃痛太严重了，我几乎无法进入工作岗位。上完洗手间后，我开始呕吐。我的胃痛太严重了，我一直呕吐直到胃空了。但是痛苦不断来来去去。我最后不得不去看医生治疗
