与百事可乐一起吃了牛肉 n 切达干酪中等组合（使用了一包 Arby "s Sauce）。吃完大约 1.5 小时后开始感觉真的很恶心。吃完大约 2 小时后我得了第一轮腹泻。已经整晚上厕所了大概六次了。胃痛在 3 小时后开始：抽筋和咯咯声，腹胀。进食 4 小时后恶心略有改善，但腹泻仍持续到晚上。

Ate the beef and cheddar from Arby's and just 2.5 hours later the vomiting and diarrhea began- and it was violent. Also had severe stomach cramps that nearly put me in tears. I debated going to the emergency room but luckily symptoms had started to calm down after 4 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
