Ate lunch at 1:30 pm, Chicken Bowl Chicken Bowl, Brown Rice,Black Beans,Pico de Gallo
Hot Salsa, Shredded Cheese had elevated heart rate all throughout day (fitbit) and by evening came the stomach cramps, nausea , diarreah, violent vomitting by midnight, continued high heart rate vomitting and diarrhea.

I ate at 7pm Arizona time, I had a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. The symptoms started around 11 pm, but I didn't throw up and diarrhea until 530 am the next morning  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Went to Chipotle in Westlake Village Thursday March 17, 2016. About 8PM I ordered a Chicken bowl to go, ate it when I got home. Woke up at 1:40AM, ran to toilet and puked followed by diarrhea. Running to bathroom for 12 hours. Missed two days of work.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
