昨天 4 月 20 日吃了午餐，大约下午 12 点 45 分吃了一个鸡肉碗。碗里有白米饭、fajitas、热莎莎、生菜、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。我在该地点吃午饭然后回去工作了吗。当天晚些时候除了腹泻之外没注意到太多。我想这是因为萨尔萨舞而没想太多。那天晚上晚些时候，我和家人共进晚餐，感觉很好。早上大约凌晨 1 点被醒来时胃痛非常疼痛。去洗手间，有严重的疼痛和腹泻。试着回去睡觉但是整夜都被扔了然后转身。大约凌晨 2 点 15 分又起身然后被扔了。这种情况发生在整个晚上，睡了一两个小时。今天无法上班，在我今天写这篇文章的时候还在睡觉。我感觉好多了，希望明天能好起来。发烧仍然非常疼痛，整天都有腹泻。

Had a chicken bowl at lunch time (12:15pm) on Monday April 11, 2016, started vomiting and diarrhea by 11:57 pm. Lasted about 4 hours. Freaking horrible. I can pretty much pin point it due to the fact that it was the only thing different that I ate compared to the rest of my family.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

had a chicken bowl on 4/4/16 and in about 5-6 my legs started itch creating blisters all over the legs. at first i thought they were bug bites. on 4/7/16 went to same location and had the same. again very same symptoms but this time all over… 更多
