Ate at Chipotle around 5pm on 4/9/17. Had the chicken burrito bowl, with fajita veggies, black beans, brown rice, green salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce.
My son had almost the exact same thing, except for the sour cream and fajita veggies.

I ate a Chicken Burrito with Queso and a Drunken Yardbird at Qdoba on Diamond in Anchorage ASK on Friday (3/31). The symptoms began about 3-4 hours later. I ate a chicken burrito at around 5 pm. It had white rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, and lettuce. Later on at around 9pm my stomach started to hurt. Then when I woke in the morning the next day, my stomach start to hurt even worse. I had diarrhea was vomiting that entire day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
