I ate a chicken burrito at chipotle about 2 weeks ago. Ever since then I have had diarrhea multiple times per day. This also happened to two of my friends who are there as well.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ordered a chicken burrito, black bean white rice, cheese sour cream, and hot salsa. Got burrito at around 4pm an hour later had major diarrhea later in the evening went to the movies and had to leave early from the movies because felt nauseous like I was going to throw up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ordered a chicken bowl and a chicken burrito for dinner 8/31 for my boyfriend and I. Ate dinner around 7:30-8 pm. Felt fine through the night and by 8am both my boyfriend and I both had symptoms of diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Chicken from chipotle is our common denominator.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
