Food poisoning from the homestyle ranch chicken sandwich I ordered the Homestyle Ranch Chicken Sandwich. About 2 hours after eating, I had explosive diarrhea, projectile vomiting and I almost passed out during my first 1 hour session of this in my bathroom at work.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had it on 1/1/2020 around 6:30 PM. I had a 4 for 4 with the crispy chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and fries. A few hours after eating the food I began feeling really nauseous and was up throwing up a few hours after that.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a grilled chicken sandwich meal with a gluten free bun. Two hours later when I got home I started having diarrhea, vomiting and I passed out. I have now been at the hospital for two days for these on going issues.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
