Had chicken sandwich and salad, but didn't eat the salad, just in case. Didn't realize the sandwich had some lettuce also. Didn't feel well shortly after that and then for the next day. Other family member got sick also, not sure if from Taco Bell or Pollo Tropical also.  | 症状: 恶心

Ate around 1pm. Raspberry iced tea, cheese curds, mozzarella sticks, Burnin Love burger, California Chicken Sandwich, regular fries, sweet potato fries, buzzard sauce. Husband started feeling sick about two hours after, I started feeling sick four hours or so after.  | 症状: 恶心

I order two 4for4 one with a crispy chicken sandwich The other with a jr bacon burger when I got home I ate the crispy chicken sandwich n my brother ate the buyer after 10 mins I started to feel pain In my stomach started to throw up its now 5:51an still throwing up  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Bought chicken asiago meal for lunch. A couple of hours after eating meal I felt nausious and had to go to the bathroom several times. My son had a chicken sandwich and said he threw up. Wondering if the lettuce is bad. Saw on the news romaine lettuce ecoli outbreak. Dont know if Wendys affected.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
