Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich tues april 24th @ 4pm, by 6pm had diaherria the rest of the day and the next followed by vomitting lettuce. This was the only thing i ate all day. With the current e coli outbreak from romaine lettuce comimg from Arizona… 更多

Had chicken sandwich and salad, but didn't eat the salad, just in case. Didn't realize the sandwich had some lettuce also. Didn't feel well shortly after that and then for the next day. Other family member got sick also, not sure if from Taco Bell or Pollo Tropical also.  | 症状: 恶心

Ate around 1pm. Raspberry iced tea, cheese curds, mozzarella sticks, Burnin Love burger, California Chicken Sandwich, regular fries, sweet potato fries, buzzard sauce. Husband started feeling sick about two hours after, I started feeling sick four hours or so after.  | 症状: 恶心
