我在星期二晚上 8 点左右吃了小鸡菲尔制成的 Cobb 沙拉！我星期三早上 6 点半左右醒来时胃痛非常严重，然后开始每 20-30 分钟呕吐一次，整天都有腹泻！剩下的时间里我很虚弱，非常痛苦！我不知道送给我的是生菜还是鸡肉。

My husband and I ate there on Sunday then were in the hospital on Monday with stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, fever, vomiting. I got a chicken sandwich he had a Salmon salad we had a milkshake and queso dip. We were dehydrated and had to receive iv fluids and nausea medication.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2 people got sick with from either the chicken or gravy 1 out of the 2 vomited from it we got sick not even 2 hours after we ate this happened last time we bought the same stuff we got which was a family deal with chicken potatoes and gravy and biscuits  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
