我在 2017 年 12 月 9 日和 12 月 10 日都购买了带鸡肉的富士苹果沙拉。12 月 11 日下午 6 点 45 分左右吃了我的沙拉。晚上 11 点 30 分左右离开工作。12 月 11 日凌晨 2 点左右有恶心和呕吐。凌晨 5 点左右有更多的呕吐但也有腹泻。早上 6 点 30 分去急诊室，因诺如病毒引起的胃肠炎住院。
