12 月 4 日星期一早上我收到了两个鸡蛋和奶酪三明治以及一个糖饼干甜甜圈。午餐时，我感到非常恶心，胃痉挛使我的胃不舒服。晚饭的时候我整晚都在呕吐，感觉很烂。呕吐后我终于感觉好多了，到第二天早上好了差不多 100％。

我从沃尔玛购买了 Parle Hide n Seek，每盒装 6 包。吃了一包之后我发烧了一天。一个星期后我又吃了一半然后又发烧了。这次很糟糕，我头痛也很严重。第二天我注意到我一直在吃的这个巧克力曲奇的另一边有一些白木耳。我还有发烧和头痛。

Ate spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and cookie and one bite of a burger as part of the $5 meal #4. Not but a few hours later I started getting horribly sick. The burger tasted off so I didn't finish it. Upon closer inspection it turned out to be quite green. Ew.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
