Eggs, 2 - Got sick 2 hours after consuming. Ate 2 morning sandwiches. 1 sausage mcmuffin & 1 egg mcmuffin. May have been bread or cheese, not sure if daughter's sandwich may not have had egg.  | 症状: 恶心

饼干和肉汁和哈斯布朗，还有培根蛋和奶酪饼干，我自己 39 岁，我 63 岁的岳母和我的 2 个 8 岁和 11 岁的孩子今天早上去了布朗县旅行，停下来吃早餐。大约 45 分钟后，我 11 岁的儿子开始抱怨腹痛严重，并说他需要躺下。由于我儿子的状况，我们不能待很长时间，所以我们回家了，3 小时之内我 63 岁的婆婆抱怨恶心和胃痉挛，开始呕吐，气体不好！大约 5 个小时后回家后，我 8 岁的孩子患有腹泻和胃痉挛，6 小时内我开始变坏胃痉挛和爆炸性腹泻，无法停止

Had orange chicken with chow mein, spring rolls and an egg roll. Was vomiting and had diarrhea approx 3 hours after eating and was hospitalized for two days and had a very high fever and white blood cell count.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧
