从 Chipotle 把晚餐带回家了。两个鸡肉 fajita 墨西哥卷饼和一顿墨西哥玉米饼儿童餐。大约 4 小时后，全家人都生病了。呕吐、腹泻、恶心。最终因为脱水不得不把我 14 个月大的孩子带进了 ER。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 脱水

I got a salad with chicken, fajita veggies, corn, pico, vinaigrette, cheese and sour cream around 8 pm. Felt okay but the chicken tasted a little off. Woke up at 1:30 am in a total sweat, feelign extremely nauseous. Vomited 10 times in 3 hours.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

整天都非常生气-打嗝和放屁是任何人闻到过的最糟糕的事情！我 9 岁的孩子告诉我，我闻起来像她的朋友兄弟弟便便尿布！！我的名字叫碗-斑豆、白米饭、法吉塔辣椒（我认为这是罪魁祸首！）牛排（或者也许是这个）-我丈夫也在那里但是有鸡肉而且没有辣椒！他睡着了，我从 3 开始就因为爆炸性的水样腹泻而起床！！！

I ordered a burrito bowl to go with brown rice, black beans, chicken, fajita veggies, medium salsa, sour cream, lettuce and a small fountain diet coke. About 5 hours later I had intense stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I'm still suffering through the symptoms almost a day later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
