在 14 年 3 月 17 日（我假期的最后一个晚上），我去了这个地铁吃点快餐。我订购了 Veggie Delight，它现在可能已经在那里呆了好几天了。进食期间和之后味道都不错，但是几个小时后想睡觉后，我感到非常恶心，头痛可怕。我在夜里醒来五次大量呕吐，直到我的身体受伤但仍在扔水试图去除这给我带来的任何细菌的地步。我几乎不得不取消航班，因为我从来没有停止过这么多东西-我开始感觉好多了，然后又会重新发生。第二天回家旅行更糟, 我一直很冷，觉得我只是想躺在床上睡觉，最后, 我现在没事了.我本来要亲自向他们投诉，但有什么意义？他们会用永远不会使用的优惠券补偿我。请不要在这里吃东西。

星期四早上 11 点左右我在盒子里的杰克吃了饭。我点了鸡肉 fajita pita，我儿子有一个汉堡包。这就是我整天吃的东西，我很少吃快餐。我回家在房子周围做东西然后在上班之前小睡一会, 我深夜工作.我醒来时头部剧烈疼痛，并认为这是缺咖啡。我去上班喝了些咖啡然后逐渐感觉更糟。我的身体开始疼痛，胃痉挛，剧烈的头痛，可笑的身体发冷和疲劳。轮班结束时我几乎无法站起来。我回家了，拿了我的临时工，这很正常。我整天都睡着了，但仍然感到虚弱，有点头痛，轻微的发冷和轻微的胃部不适。希望这将结束。
