2017 年 3 月 8 日我从 Safeway 的熟食柜台订购了一顿家庭餐。它包括蒙古牛肉，普通 tso 鸡肉，照烧鸡肉，炒饭，炒面和鸡蛋卷。这是我全家人一整天吃的唯一一样的食物。

那天晚上晚些时候，我的孩子焦躁不安，一直在哭。他的气体不好，腹泻，并且像要呕吐一样一直在呕吐。等到我丈夫和我醒来的时候，我们都有极度的胃痉挛、腹泻、气体和恶心。

我们仍然有症状，但被告知除非这些症状持续几天，否则我们不应该寻求医疗救护。

Went in last night March 6th and started feeling queasy an hour after eating Panda Express. Today I am very nauseous and have really bad diarrhea. I have a fever as well. Had orange chicken spring rolls and shrimp with noodles and fried rice  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
