我在 2017 年 12 月 21 日晚上 7 点 30 分左右去了 Chipotle。我是一个干净的水，我榨汁并做了大部分的饭准备，但我太累了，想要快点东西而不做饭，所以我停下来了。我订购了一个带有鳄梨酱、豆类、青椒和洋葱、玉米、西红柿和 sofrita 的生菜碗。吃完后我不久就醒来了可怕的痛苦，晚上根本无法睡觉。我痛苦地哭了然后恶心开始随后是 Diarrhea，近 24 小时后没有停止！我感觉虚弱，整天都被光线了，几乎无法出床。我永远不会再踏进另一个凿子了。我一生中从来没有感觉到过这种病。这家公司应该为自己感到羞愧！我们中的许多人由于疏忽而遭受痛苦。

上周日下午 2 点左右我们当中有 4 个人共进晚餐。我们都有鳄梨调味酱和奶酪应用程序。所有主菜都有蔬菜大米
薯条和莎莎酱对所有人来说也很常见。第二天下午 2 点至晚上 7 点之间，所有四名成年人都生病了。症状各不相同，但都有呕吐、腹泻、恶心、极度胃痉挛、发冷和低烧。这持续了大约 24 小时，但在这两名男性中，症状持续到 48 小时后，幸运的是，新生儿没有和我们一起吃饭，也没有受到父母极度疾病的影响。

2017 年 12 月 14 日午餐时，我吃了 3 卷炸玉米饼，配鳄梨调味酱、奶酪和辣酱。同一天下午 6 点 30 分左右，我开始感到头晕，然后躺在床上。在夜晚结束之前，我呕吐了 5 次。我注意到的最后一件事是绿色呕吐物，可能来自放在卷起的炸玉米饼上的鳄梨调味酱。第二天我因呕吐而喉咙痛和胸部肌肉紧张而醒来。他们的人数是 951-600-4851。

Ate a guacamole greens salad around 2pm on Monday Dec 18th. Nausea kicked in around midnight and vomiting ensued for 4-6 hours. Fatigue and cramping followed for 12-24hrs. Reported to LA County Public Health Dept. as well.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 疲劳
