9 月 20 日至 19 日星期日吃了龙虾 Cobb 沙拉。大约 2 小时后开始呕吐。继续呕吐直到凌晨，大约凌晨 1 点。发冷和发烧。呕吐停止了，但恶心继续。今天是星期二 10-1-19 呕吐得到控制，但胃仍然不舒服，我有一阵恶心。打算尝试工作，但不确定我能否完成这一天的工作。还是觉得很虚弱和摇摇欲坠

My husband and our kids dined at this location last night. My husband, myself and my seven year old daughter became violently ill around 2am this morning. We have severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting. We shared the shrimp scampi, crab legs and lobster tails.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋
