我和我丈夫正在蒙特利尔度假。1月1日星期三，我们在这里。我吃了南方炸鸡。他有一个肉饼。我只吃了两口肉饼，他吃了我一半的鸡，因为他们给了两只大炸鸡。我们在下午 4 点吃完饭，下午 5 点开始感到非常头晕，从下午 6 点左右开始我开始感到恶心，大约下午 6 点 30 分至 7 点左右，我开始呕吐，整晚以及第二天和第二天都在继续呕吐。我发冷了，非常头晕，好像房间一直在旋转，视力模糊。呕吐结束后我得了腹泻和胃痉挛，但是我的极度头晕和视力模糊从未停止过。我们赶回加拿大看了医生，他说我发烧了，也有眩晕。今天是 1 月 10 日，我还有眩晕，无法回去工作。我丈夫也有食物中毒，他在 1 月 1 日整夜呕吐，早上他恢复了正常。但是，噩梦对我来说还在继续。

My daughter and I ate here for dinner. I had the acme burger and fries. She had the meatloaf with no symptoms. Within two hours after eating we had to go home due to my stomach cramping. I have had to go restroom several times throughout the night. I had mostly bland foods throughout the day  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 其他, 抽筋
