1 月 14 日星期一，我们在沃尔玛购买了汉堡包和火鸡炉顶馅料。那天晚上，它是用在家里用食材和香料制成的肉饼。当我吃东西时，我有一种过饱的感觉（我做过胃旁路手术），并且对我吃饱的少量食物感到惊讶。我们在 10:30 左右上床睡觉（晚上 8 点左右是晚上晚餐）。我听见我的搭档四处走动并且有点呻吟。我问出了什么问题他说他的隔膜疼痛了。我的膈肌也有疼痛，但是我已经习惯了，因为我有一个小溃疡。我的伴侣晚上呕吐了两次，但说疼痛仍然存在。第二天我吃了一块肉饼，然后咬进了味道像化学药品的东西，最后我的隔膜疼痛。我和我的搭档谈过，他说他呕吐的时候味道像氯一样。我今天仍然感觉不舒服。我确实打电话给健康链接报告了食物中的这种污染。我想是在他们清洁研磨机的时候没有正确冲洗。我今天下午打算在沃尔玛跟进经理，但需要提交这份报告。如果需要测试的话，冰箱里还有一些肉饼。谢谢你。

Me and my family ate Christmas dinner here and after we paid I experienced the worst food meatloaf burnt outside not cooked on the inside and uncooked cornbread stuffing! I vomited shortly after getting home experienced the worst diarrhea imaginable and horrible fever sweats  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate the lamb meatloaf with roasted veggies and mashed potatoes at around 6 p.m. on Wednesday, 9/26. I woke up about 4 in the morning vomiting throughout the night and into the next day/night until around 11 p.m. I was exhausted, and could only sleep in between.  | 症状: 呕吐

在德克萨斯州德索托的 Cracker Barrel 吃了晚午餐。我们俩都有带侧面的 MeatLoaf。我的侧面是土豆泥，青豆和绿色沙拉配香醋酱和樱桃红西红柿。我丈夫有土豆泥、Mac 和奶酪。在 3 个小时内我腹胀，5 小时内我因弹丸呕吐和严重的胃痉挛而剧烈生病。我尝试过的任何药物都会立即退缩，所以我在没有药物的情况下出现了所有症状。12 小时后，我仍然有头痛和轻微恶心，没有食欲。我不会回来的。
