Sunday Dec 17th ; we purchased 2 chicken noodle soups and 1 turkey bacon sandwich. The person who had the sandwich is fine, 2 of us who had the soup immediately got sick to the stomach and have been sick for 3 days now  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

On 12/7/2017, I made my visit to this Souplantation with three other friends around 8:15PM. I only ate a plate of salad and two bowls of Chicken Noodle Soup so something in the salad ingredients really got me sick. 下午 2 点左右吃了小厨师沙拉和一碗鸡肉面条汤。晚上 11 点左右发冷，凌晨 2 点开始呕吐。每 90 分钟扔一次，直到早上 8 点。之后腹泻了两次。

我相信是汤，它只是勉强温暖，一点也不热，但可能是沙拉里的东西。那天晚上我和一位朋友共进晚餐，但她没有生病。

Ordered noodlebox at 6:30pm (spicy peanut and crispy chicken with two spring rolls)
Noticed the kitchen was very busy with alot of cross contamination going on example, the cook farthest on the back coubtless times was touching his forehead, his apron and clothes, thrn reaching into noodle… 更多
