一天中只有一顿饭。我和妻子在下午 4 点 30 分左右（星期六）下午 3 点 30 分购买了超长的奶酪汉堡和洋葱圈。晚上 8 点开始小睡一会开始感到不适。晚上 9 点之前恶心已满，所以我们尝试了一些 Pepo。晚上 11 点之前会发冷和抽筋。妻子的射弹在午夜左右呕吐，我能够坚持到凌晨 2 点，但这太残酷了。整个第二天（星期日）会有更多呕吐和腹泻。今天（星期一）头痛、疲劳、关节僵硬、气味敏感和腹泻。已向市卫生部门报告以进行跟进。

我中午左右吃了。我只订购了带芥末酱、番茄酱、泡菜和墨西哥胡椒粉的 #1。我用炸薯条代替了洋葱圈。我点了一杯不加糖的茶喝。下午 5 点左右，我开始感到虚弱和飙升。我洗了个澡然后躺下了。大约 5 分钟后，我的嘴里有很酸的味道。我开始无法控制地呕吐。我也有严重的腹泻。现在是 9:03，我呕吐和腹泻三次非常严重。
